Proverbs 27:27
And thou shalt have goats' milk enough for thy food, for the food of thy household, and for the maintenance for thy maidens.

A little about ourselves
Originally located in the Texas Panhandle; we are a small herd of award winning ADGA Lamancha, Nubian and Toggenburg dairy goats.
We are located in Nebraska.

A bit of history ...
Our herd began with a darling pair of Kinder goats from Jan Hodges of New Mexico for "a bit of milk", according to the tale I told my sweet husband. Those two kinders were a joy, and led to a pair of nubians from the Arch*Acres and 4B herd, Festival & Jazz. As things do, our herd slowly grew and we jumped in with both feet to the showing world. A few kids flown in from the Lakeshore and Hoanbu herd, as well as a quick trip to Dallas to visit Latte Da and we were on our way! Although nubians are our first love, a bit of coaxing from our dear family at M's Sagebrush Acres saw the addition of toggenburgs and lamanchas. Marshall was right - the most adorable goat baby in the world may be a togg! The lamanchas stole our hearts as well with their quirky personality, quick wit and will to milk. 2015 saw the opening of our Grade A goat dairy & creamery in the Texas Panhandle. We were overjoyed after two long years of planning and building to bring our love of the herd and their incredible milk and cheeses to our friends at markets, restaurants and private events. I can never express the gratitude for the overwhelming support we received during our time that we operated our commercial dairy. However, as life happens as it does, we were led to sell our home and dairy and relocated to the midwest. As a good friend once said to me - Plot Twist! Which brings us to our current time. Our beautiful farm is nestled among the sunflower and alfalfa fields in the rolling prairie. The land is gorgeous and folks are some of the best I've met. There's a saying here - "Nebraska Nice" - and I strive every day to be Nebraska nice! We truly enjoy the adventures God has led us on, and the wonderful friends (and family!) that we have had the pleasure to cross paths with. The lamanchas and toggenburgs fill our hearts these days, with a tear in our eye for Texas but smiles for our new found Nebraskan friends. |

A little about our logo .... After our move from Texas, it was time to reflect the changes we were experiencing. Not only our location, but our herd as well. We contacted Christina Cassidy of Chevre Feuille, who brought my vision to life. Our beloved Nubians lead the scene since they were my first love, followed by the lamancha and toggenburg. The lamancha is mischievously reaching for the sunflower, a symbol of our new home in the Midwest. The girl is yours truly, wearing maroon as a signal to the best university in the world - Texas A&M! Gig 'em Aggies! Next, the blue flowers signal the bluebonnets of our home state of Texas and keep us grounded. Lastly, Tule Creek is blown forward ... reminiscent of our journey and "looking forward" to this beautiful life God has blessed us with.
