She is one of the only lamanchas in my herd that does not carry my name, however she is responsible for much of the success we have had at Tule Creek. Hello is a powerhouse of a doe and has become the cornerstone of our dam line. She consistently out produces herself, and has been very generous with doe kids. Daughters that reside in the herd are Margaret, Chicklet, Topic, Riley and now a newest black and tan daughter we dubbed One Hot Kitty - sired by Mint Leaf New Heights. We have retained most of Hello's granddaughters and great grands as well. I adore this doe. Hello appraised VEEE 90 last year in Nebraska. I haven't shown her much - she tends to give triplets or quads and then proceeds to try to milk enough to feed the entire kid crop. While she holds weight, she doesn't hold enough in my mind to compete in the ring. However, after only giving us Kitty in 2025, Hello managed to keep enough on without milking herself down too badly. She hit the road and finished her championship in her first outing after only being a few weeks fresh and a couple of months off of our move back home from Nebraska to Texas. Then, it was back to Nebraska again a few months later for the 2025 ADGA National Show. This was Hello's 2nd Nationals, placing 4th as a senior kid back in the day. In 2025, as an aged doe, she pulled 15th while her daughter Margaret stood right behind her. Hello then went on to receive 10th place Dam/Daughter with Topic. |
